Molly started her marketing career over 20 years ago on the front lines... working in customer service for a Richmond, Virginia cable company. Those early lessons in the importance of providing exceptional customer service were invaluable as she built a career in marketing and business development with companies such as C-SPAN, The Learning Channel (TLC), PBS and the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association. Molly brings a unique perspective to the advertising specialty/promotional products industry -- it's not about the products, but about a solution that exceeds the client's expectations.

As a former owner/operator of sporting goods franchises in Maryland and Delaware, Ed worked with Molly on planning and launching Rising Tide. Ed devotes most of his time to his career in advertising for a national political magazine, but advises Rising Tide on strategic planning and government sales efforts.
